About Dr. Vanessa

I’ve spent 10+ years leading capacity-building initiatives across 15+ countries, supporting programs that have reached 300,000+ people—in partnership with institutions including Google, the African Development Bank, MTN, and U.S. Embassies across Africa.

Today, I work inside one of the most operationally demanding sectors: human services, where burnout is high, turnover is constant, documentation is heavy, and outcomes depend on consistency.
